Conscious line 5: Consciously projected onto. People arrive with an idea of what you can do for them and it is usually not quite right.
Unconscious line 1: Unconsciously a researcher. The foundation is genuinely there, which is why the 5 so often can deliver.
The two lines together
This is the classic consultant profile: called in during a crisis, expected to fix it, and actually able to because the 1 has done the work underneath.
The risk is reputational. A 5 is elevated when it delivers and dropped hard when it does not, so being precise about what you are and are not promising is the whole discipline.
