The Channel of Charisma (20-34)

What it means

The Channel of Charisma links the Sacral's power directly to the Throat's expression in the now. It is the defining channel of a Manifesting Generator: busy, fast, and able to do a great deal at once.

Its energy is enormous but it is still Sacral, so it works in response. Busy-ness that the gut never agreed to is where the frustration comes from.

The two gates

• Gate 20
• Gate 34

Its circuit

It belongs to the Integration channels, the self-empowering core of the Individual circuitry. Its energy is about survival and self-love, and it is complete in itself.

Questions

What does Channel 20-34 mean in Human Design?

Channel 20-34 is the Channel of Charisma: a design where thoughts must become deeds. The Channel of Charisma links the Sacral's power directly to the Throat's expression in the now. It is the defining channel of a Manifesting Generator: busy, fast, and able to do a great deal at once.

Which centres does the Channel of Charisma connect?

It connects the Throat centre, through Gate 20, The Now, with the Sacral centre, through Gate 34, Power. Having the channel defines both centres.

What if I only have Gate 20 or Gate 34?

Then it is a hanging gate, half of the channel. The Channel of Charisma completes whenever a transiting planet or another person activates the other gate, for as long as that lasts.
