When it is defined

  • A defined Solar Plexus moves through an emotional wave that is yours, running on its own timing regardless of what is happening around you. Hope and pain both arrive as part of the cycle rather than as verdicts on reality.

  • An open Solar Plexus amplifies everybody else's emotions, usually more intensely than they feel them. The classic pattern is avoiding confrontation and truth, because conflict feels unbearable in a centre that is amplifying it.
  • Much of what an open Solar Plexus feels is not theirs. Leaving the room is often enough to notice the difference.
