The G Center

The G centre, sometimes called the Self, holds identity, the direction your life is taking, and the capacity for love.

When it is defined

  • A defined G has a fixed sense of self. You know who you are, and that does not change much depending on who you are with. Direction comes from inside.
  • It does not guarantee you like the identity. It guarantees it is consistent.

When it is open

  • An open G takes on the identity of the environment. You are a genuinely different person in different places and with different people, which is disorienting when everyone treats identity as fixed.
  • For an open G, place matters more than almost anything. The right environment produces the right people, the right direction and the right sense of self. The wrong one produces a search for identity that never resolves.
