How to use it
Ego authority runs on the Heart centre, which supplies willpower in bursts. The honest question is whether you want it, and whether you have the will to see it through.
This sounds selfish and is not. A commitment made without the will behind it fails, and the failure costs everybody more than the refusal would have.
Listening for what you say out loud helps here, because the Heart tends to speak before it is asked.
